A 48-page, full colour comic-noir/visual poem played out in the interiors and on the streets of Tarwater, a fictional city of undefinable proportions where it is perpetually 3AM. It is at this magical hour our protagonist searches the streets, observing much, feeling all but able to do nothing. The comic is accompanied by an album of songs by Sans Pareil, the greatest band to ever ooze into being in Tarwater. The 10-track album comes as a download with the comic
